Or, what about the infomercial where Myers is playing two separate cat variations, and says that the other one is stupid and that his mom is ugly? And even if you find yourself not reading it due to unfavorable circumstances, you'll be thinking about it, about what's going to happen next and about what just happened - or did it happen, really? Actually, good doesn't begin to describe what a drug induced journey this is but what matters is that it's marvelous and once you start reading it you'll be so enthralled you won't willingly let go of it. The novella can stand alone, but I do find that reading or listening to the series in internal chronological order, starting with Penric's Demon makes the experience richer. Lots of troubles and an eventual happy ending in this 7th installment in the adventures of Penric and Desdemona. Two young girls, whose mother has recently died who were previously captured by the pirates during their search for their father. It seems that there are other victims of pirates in need of help.
